I honestly didn't expect to speak with him directly. I was pleasantly surprised that not only did he answer his phone but he was more than willing to speak with me, especially after I identified myself as a PTSC investor.

Greg is on the job and expects to have a full report to the board before the end of this calendar year. He said that he told the board it is important to understand the market, the size and the competetive landscape for the PDSG family of products. Furthermore, it is importatnt to be clear on what the company is doing and will be doing before we search for a CEO. Just because somebody looks good on paper as a CEO, they may not be good for the direction of the company.

I asked him if he believed that we had the right board to do this. He said that he told the board they need to be out front to take action and he believes they are doing that now. He also said that he believes that our board is committed to making sure that we have a return on our investment. He does have his own thoughts (which were not shared) on whether any of the present board members should be replaced.

There is a board meeting coming up (I think this week) and he will have some recommendations for them regarding PDSG.
