I don't really know if this news is good, bad or indifferent. I will say that once, not if, PTSC's board hears about this conversation Mr. Baroni will certainly receive a not to flattering phone call. While the conversation is hearsay, it doesn't paint a rosy picture about current mgmt. How anyone could deny that at this point really brings their own intentions into focus. The facts are this company is stuck in neutral and to some degree has even slipped into reverse. The indefensible truth will reveal itself once Mr. Baroni makes his recommendations. Whether the board chooses to act on those recommendations, would certainly enlighten us as to their true intentions. The problem is, how will we know Mr. Baroni's recommendations if the BOD chooses not to release the report? I don't expect they will release it, why should they? From a practical standpoint, why would you let potential competitors know your perceived weaknesses by releasing a consultant groups findings? The reality is we don't know anymore today then we did yesterday, even with this information. I applaud the effort as our own company certainly chooses to leave investors in a constant state of unknown.
