Maybe "scam" was a poor choice of a word. I guess in today's business world taking money for doing little to nothing could be considered clever by some.

What exactly do you think the Board Members were doing for 20+ years? The PTSC MMP business had no operations, no marketing, no sales, no engineering, no production, no material management, no distribution, no services, no anything operationally. And, they had absolutely no MMP license sales responsibilities.
