While Roger Cook may not be lead dog on the patent litigation, I don't believe he is in bad standing with TPL. He is/was involved in the Moore vs TPL situation. He helped to construct the early agreement attempting to resolve the initial flare up between Moore and Leckrone. Check Moore's early May blogs for the information.
