Taken from Chuck Moore's blog dated Nov. 25

I received $15K from TPL on the 13th. This did not include the $5.4K deduction. I speculate that his lease on the Incline Village office ended and I no longer have to pay for it.

My accountants spent last week in Cupertino examining TPL's documents. I look forward to their report. On my part, I've been accumulating documents in response to TPL's Request for Production of Documents.
