The current reexam for the #336 is control #90/009457

Under the image file wrapper are several documents including a List of references cited by the applicant and considered by the examiner.

The examiner has lined through several references to include (#20) IC Master 1980 because it wasn't properly cited.

So my question is, even though the applicant argument alleges new questions and refers to IC Master 1980 (numerous times) if the examiner is not considering this reference for the purpose of this new 336 reexam why all the concern over what is in the IC Master 1980? Or am I missing something here?

Control # 90/008474 was one of the merged control numbers that ended up in 90/008237 which recently received the long awaited certificate.

Was it ever published in the Official Gazette? I'm not sure how long it takes from notice to publication.
