If you don't have any concern about the time line, why post information that would help someone (not you) determine a time line?

Since there is little news these days to discuss here, there is little more to do other than d&d. Overal it seems the big question of the board is when is the 336 re-reexamination going to be completed. I know investors are salivating hoping it will be any day. Considering the size of the USPTO website it is difficult to navigate your way through while trying to keep your objective in mind. I was able to get in a half hour last night and I think that I have more questions than answers now. I think it would take me about four or five hours uninterrupted to satisfy my curiosity. There are a number of variables that are not clear at first glance. I know all the information or questions about USPTO are on the USPTO website. Similar to the IRS all the rules are listed there.

If you aren't concerned about the time line, why would you bother to do an in depth analysis?

I spend some time on line everyday and even though I have little time these days and there is little past information that has not been tracked down and posted. The company is not offering any guidance. That could be that they don’t know anything. If the company wont provide answers than why not try to find them out yourself? Sort of like a hobby. Patriot holds some entertainment value for me.

Why would you care if the analysis was any good?

I always try to do my personal best at any task no matter how mundane.
