As a side note, the most amazing aspect of the 148 is that the patent is considered one of the three most important in the MMP family. Since the MMP contains many signifcant product innovations, having any of the main patents recertified only continues to strengthen the whole portfolio. As long as the supplemental amendments do not weaken the MMP, the payout for every PTSC shareholder should be that much closer. And when the licensing dam breaks and payments are rolling in, everyone will agree that the journey was worth the long ride.
