I know things are up in the air there with turnover and whatnot.
There is a danger for companies acting in bad faith. Stalling tactics with semantic games for delay could result in a huge law suite for damages of intentional bad faith practice. I'm sure TPL and the BOD of PTSC are on top of this? Right?
