yep... and then after they [Fish/Richardson et al] pour over the claims of the newly recertified '336 patent, they can start to throw darts at it.. and why not? I'm sure they're making some serious change doing it...

The life of a patent should be extended for an equivalent amount of time that it sits in Reexam... of course, wish in one hand, crap in the other..
