KCRR - I think everyone is waiting to see if the 8K will shed some light on the recent settlement with TPL. Folks want to know where Patriot stands in all of this and whether or not revenues will be generated from INTC. That being said I do think the company is on alot firmer ground now with regards to future settlement/litigation issues with Townsend and Townsend. They are very successful litigators.
