If all these items are correct and they are . How long can a patent be questioned ?

i guess bottom line to my question is the a final point were reafirm means complete .

if you help me answer that question my last one would be who is the company or persons asking for this ?

July 2009. The USPTO issues a Reexamination Certificate for the US'584 "Multiple Instruction Fetch" patent over the reexaminations filed by litigants NEC and Toshiba.

January 2009. The German Patent Court confirms the validity of MMP Portfolio patent EP'730 rejecting a "nullity action" brought by Deutsche Telecom.

Please folks help me understand why another reaffim is needed and how many can be requested till the verduct is in and FINAL >>>
