This would lead the whole patent system and the re-examination process ad absurdum (do you say this?) - because neither the patent itself nor the certificate after a re-examination would be final.
Well, maybe some in the know can tell us.
@all: I don't think PTSC or TPL are able to release a pr in this kind of stage. My guess is TPL and PTSC might have been surprised by the allowed re-ex as we were, otherwise I find no explanation for the "Big Wave"-PR from September. As awful it is to know nothing but the legal boundaries are huge IMO.
