I don’t understand why people are so concerned about the re-exam. They took their best shot on the first try. The re-exam can only be engineers from individual companies with some spin on why their particular product does not infringe. The only other reason could be to trip up the examiner or to attempt to stay the Texas case. The patents are enforceable during the re-exam. I don’t believe the judge is going to stay the case for re-re-exam although there is a 20% chance of that happening. Delaying the case could be the goal of some infringers if you consider the interest on the money they are holding versus the minor cost of filling the re-exam. At any rate, our BOD has nothing to do but work on our other developing tech. I don’t understand why not give a discount to place IGNITE. If Patriot want to be taken seriously in the IP world IGNITE should be in use as a proven product.
