That is the date the re-ex was ordered. The response was various NPL , IDS documents before the decision merging proceedings in 04-11-2008. But you must already know that.

What type of response do you believe is missing? Perhaps it is in one of the other two re-ex's that were part of the merging (90/008,237 & 90/008,306)?
