The entire..and I mean entire process..is not fair..what a bunch of doo doo..endless rexams by the big boys could drain the resources of any company that produced a great idea..they rip it off..profit from it for years and tie it up in the USPTO process or litigation..and the shareholders of that company takes it in the tail pipe..or worse, the company goes under in the process..

I hope that we are close and will be well rewarded in the end..we certainly deserve it!!
