The most recent reexam on the 148 is 90/010562 and included Bosshart, Transputer and Uhelhoff prior art. Subsequent to the consolidation under 90/008227 the examiner looked at some IDSs. Specifically, one dated 7/2/09 and the other dated 5/27/08.

I was wondering what was in the 5/27/08 IDS that needed considering. In reviewing the items I noted item DR on page 8 of 11.

One would assume that our side made the request and only after they knew what the answer was going to be. So, is this what the examiner went back to look at??????
