Although I am relieved by the REcert, and even the Installment or continuing Royalty program possibilities, personally, perhaps why I consider all of our post 336 REcert trading somewhat surprisingly anemic, is related to what is occuring behind that curtain of the SHM delay. Good or not, in my opinion there is already something significant out there that has yet to be exposed/disclosed by PTSC management; but that will be before the next SHM in January.
