It looks as if the BoD (or someone with the most power of our three BoD-guys (I guess Schrock/Tredennick aren't that much involved in those processes...or could it be Schrock had the Baroni connection?)) is giving Baroni a "free hand": First firing the top-management, then restructuring PDSG.

He seems to be in a situation where he can tell the BoD what is right or wrong - and if he thinks it would be the best to combine PDSG and Bearing Point (or certain parts of it) this might be a great move for PDSG - and obviously for him because the money flows from PTSC to this new PDSG/BP entity. And if this happened the next question would be:

Who is the perfect CEO for PTSC? What qualifications are needed for someone, who's only duty is to collect money and spent it in a reasonable way?

Is it a financial guy or someone who sees the overall picture of how the involved companies (PDSG, bearing Point, Eclat) have to develop their business in order to make it to the first billion (read his latest PR on the eclat-website regarding the Bearing Point acquisition).

I'm not sure what is the best for us, but I suspect we are in his hands - and those of Leckrone.
