One or more of our partners have obtained contracts in those areas and notified PDSG that it will be subcontracted for certain work. Hence, the consideration is that PDSG is retaining sufficient manpower to facilitate the expected work going forward.

Perhaps giving us some insight, before contracts for the aforementioned are in place. Anyone else reading it thay way?
