My assumption based on the way the PR is written is that they simply plan to close Iameter's doors and tell everyone to go home. If there had been one solitary upbeat word about Iameter in the PR, I might think otherwise. Or if there had been one word about Iameter not being a good fit with the rest of the PDSG product portfolio (i.e., giving an excuse other than a money drain for the divestiture). There wasn't. It just would NOT make sense IMO to only state that Iameter is nothing but a 40% cash drain and expect anyone to desire its purchase. The way this PR was written, you'd think they were prepared to pay somebody to take it off their hands (to avoid costs associated with closure, e.g., severance, disposal of worthless assets, undoing leases prematurely, unemployment compensation, etc.).
