I respect your take on this, fatwollit. My point was that the context for the references made in the PR is the subsidiary operations (i.e., PDSG, in this case), not PTSC on the whole. In that context (PDSG), CDX is the core driver. I guess it depends how you look at it, and in the end they are just words. The PPS still languishes, but hopefully not for much longer.
