There's a reason for everything. The BOD did not pick Chicago out of a hat. There is a reason that the meeting will be held in Chicago this year and not in Carlsbad and I doubt very much that the reason is to benefit the shareholders in any way.

We, as always, will find out in due time. I sense a BIG change coming and I hope it benefits us - this time.
