Thank you Wolf!

But I tought the T3 made a subsequent request to the court to push the conference date out another 90 days from 10/13/09 - to a point in time when USPTO issues would be (maybe) resolved. The response to this request, both by our legal team and Fogel, is what I'm interested in..... I wouldn't be surprised if neither entity has done anything as yet (which may be what you are telling me indirectly), but it does seem that Fogel, at minimum, "owes" the T3 a response to their request.
