underming legal protections for software could have some ramifications since our wholly owned subsidiary is a software based company. We haven’t seen any profits from that so we wouldn’t miss those. I remember we bought some mobile video protocol patents with Avot. Who knows if those are going to be worth anything? The MMP is the closest thing to a free lunch we have now and it seems that it is holding up to the scrutiny. It’s been almost two years since PUBPAT began challenging us.
