In addition to the examiner apparently taking a second look at the basis for 90/010562 reexam, there is also movement in the 90/008227 file where examiner apparently took a look at some of the prior info disclosures made by the patent owner - May 27, 2008 and July 2, 2009. I believe responses to the OAs are in the examiners hands, so he's got in on the front burner. IMHO
