The pacer concerns “Acer, Inc., Acer America Corporation and Gateway, Inc. (“Acer”), HTC Corp. and HTC America, Inc. (“HTC”) and Barco N.V. (“Barco”)” and does not mean, that any other companies (furthermore thousands may be put on notice) won’t decide to purchase a MMP license. Insofar nice Christmas gifts are possible anyway.
