I believe if you look closer you will see HTC also the requestor of the denied reexam 90/010551. Hence White and Case represented HTC in all three of the requests.

I am only pointing out that

1. The internal links to rejected reexam 90/010551 are no loger live. It might be an oversight, screw up or whatevever, but

2. The links to 90/010520 and 90/010562 are also no longer live and

3. They are all White and Case (HTC) and

4. These are the only links I can find that are this way. Heck the links to abandoned patent applications are live. What makes these so special?

I do not have answers, just pointing out what seems to be a strange anomaly.
