As for markets for the CDX product - one you left out which is HUGE is the general corporate world. Not only financial data that competitors would love to get their hands on, but also technical proprietary data (product development, engineering specs, etc.).

In the last Security sessions I attended at Hughes and Raytheon, the focus was not on political threats (as in the past), but much more on corporate espionage threats.
