I was not referring to CDX alone. You need to go to the presentation I referenced and look at the other parts of the plan which we still do not have. RG's original plan was always more than just CDX. The vision was of a more complete/comprehensive offering.

I was suggesting that the BOD may be questioning whether the rest of RG's plan is necessary. If so, how best to get there and at what cost? Either because they see money as continuing to be limited, or becuase they see a windfall and want to spend it wisely.
