I agree with your assessment, but wonder why the BOD did not fully grasp what the inherent problems were with Crossflo with the due diligence that was supposedly done before the purchase. If there were major problems, they should have been uncovered before the purchase; therefore, if the purchase would have been executed with that knowledge, the price would probably have been significantly less and the fix would have been implemented immediately, not a year later.
Some good news this week. A new license and some clairification about Goerner and his buds. It is human nature to protect one's self, I believe that is exactly what Goerner and Senn were attempting to do with the aquisition of Crossflo with PTSC money. They likely felt they were on easy street for a while. What did Senn ever do for Crossflo all the time he was with them? I'll bet there are some old timers at Crossflo that are glad to see him gone too. Bibeau brought nothing to the table either. He probably had some connection to RG.
Shareholders should be pleased that our cries for answers and results quite likely induced the audit committee to dig into the operation of our company and find out why the new venture wasn't progressing. Who are the members of the audit committee anyway?
