$200M? Not at all! Think of it in American big company terms....That would equate to maybe 50 Hostile Workplace settlements! As I say, looking at the defendants' financials won't reveal much of anything. They bundle these type expenses for a reason - to hide the "per issue" cost. Would you, as CFO or CEO want to tell the world how much you were willing to invest (effort) and pay for any settlement? Would you want to tell your employees, recently laid off, that they might could get $2M in a wrongfull discharge settlement? They reveal nothing - and rightfully so.
