To set the record straight, I don't recall there being words saying the Ward continues to "oversee" anything, only that his court maintains jurisdiction over the matter - which may be meaningless in the context that some try to force this into. I recall asking for our attorney friends' input on inclusion of this - is it commonplace for such words to be included at the supposed conclusion of a case (via settlement)? I don't recall ever getting an answer. Perhaps now? (Milestone?).
