The whole PR and Baroni event is very baffeling.... they should have announced Baroni when they announced the lawsuit releated to the crossflo /PTSC merge.. When They annouced Baroni they should have said why!!!!.... I think that would = full disclosure... not some of the story @ the PR & some in the earnings report......

correction wlecome... my belief Baroni was hired only becuase of the legal action(which I think will disappear).......
