I only know of ONE statement regarding this topic, which can be found in the PR from April 2008:

"...which fully reflects the financial results of all transactions announced prior to the end of January 2008."

As I have said many times, this sentence says NOTHING about the total amount of money, it only says:

There was a transaction ("grant of MMP") and this transaction led to a financial result ("money shown in the 10Q").
