``Patriot Scientific and TPL will receive certain payments in addition to sharing in future revenues generated by a licensing program exclusively implemented by TPL.``

Does this ``future revenues generated by a license`` cover possible royalties from the Intel agreement or do we assume that we will get nothing out of Intel?
