No the stock should not trade down on any lic. sold that has ANY DOLLAR INCREASE ATTACHED TO IT! JMHO This stock simply doesn't act like a penny stock that just sold a product. It is treated like a big cap stock. That is stuck on the OTC board. And is beeing abused by certain traders of large blocks of this stock JMHO AGAIN!
