considering all that has gone on over the years with the management of ptsc maybe just maybe it is time we held their feet to the fire. Considering how much many of us have invested in this company what is a few extra bucks for us to hire ``good`` attorneys to go after these guys for a lack of fiduciary action on their part in protecting our interest.

I think we need the full details of this ``deal`` with tpl and if it is a give away or if the full details are not forth coming I`d be willling to contribute to a legal fund. I do not think we will profit from such legal action but it sure would make sure that the suits at ptsc do not profit and right now revenge might be all we have
