Regarding the '336 Reexam request.. Mostek is indeed a repeat performer here.. but neither Richter nor Dozier have been previously mentioned in the prior reexams (Pubpat, NEC, Toshiba).. Now, they are probably begining to reach with the prior art they are attempting to stick to the wall, and if that is the case then this request should probably get tossed.. but it does appear to be new/different prior art.. So it will be interesting to see what transpires..

Actually, I'm begining to think the '336's strength has been substantially confirmed regardless if this request is granted or not.. It was turned inside out and emerged recertified.. It's time to start collecting some real fees
