Two they lost: '336 (app.90/008,237) that has the NIRC and the '584 (app. 90/008,225). The other one is still pending: '148 (app. 90/008,227) that was recently merged with HTC's request (app.90/101,562).

From what I know, they also have a business resolution and have been granted (not purchased) the use of the MMP.

This indicates to me that the three pending re-ex's requested by Fish & Richardson... '336 (app. #90/009,457) '749 (app. 90/009,034) and '890 (app. 90/009,388) ...could be representing the J's who are also shrewdly delaying payments and have struck a deal not to be penalized for signing so late if they lose the re-ex's.
