Assuming the current request is denied, do you assume that there would be no further challenges after that? IMHO the requests will continue until there is litigation resolution. At this point I think any continuing challenges are more geard toward that end then validity of the patent. You know, let's hold off while we wait and see what the PTO does. Sound familiar?
