Why do you care about the current share price?

If this is real then PTSC will start to grow cash and bottom line each Q for the next 3 years and the Share price will be substantially more than it is today Would you sell at 40 or 50 cents anyway?

The shares are not marginable and the value is no where near where it will be when we are firing on all cylinders.
