Thank you for taking on the effort of that reply. While I`m mostly in agreement, I still think that any agreement between Leckrone (thanks for correcting my spelling!) and PTSC would have a forward looking aspect, and probably not touch the past agreements. In this light, when you say: ``7) In short, unless Leckrone has some money coming from Intel that he can give to Patriot I don`t see Patriot doing anything with him.``, I`m thinking, hey, they don`t need to offer up-front money (which they apparently don`t have), but how about a cooperative agreement where PTSC gets 70-80% of a split of future licensee royalties? All litigation on instant matters stops, threats of existing licensees go away, everybody makes money (with PTSC getting the lion`s share)? That`s where my head`s at...
Now, how about my concern re: timing? If a settlement is in the offing, will we not hear about it BEFORE Friday (or will they go to court and piss off the Judge?)?
TIA, and appreciate the discussion.
