This is the poster to whom I referred (thank you!). Seems some are having difficuly with what he is saying, but I think he is right on the money (while I am admittedly confused and KNOWin` nuttin`!).

And to offer an opinion, I do think Moore/TPL would have a heck of a time trying to ``undo`` their licensing agreement with Intel. Depending on the terms of a settlement between Moore/TPL and PTSC, it would seem that in almost any case the settlement would retain that licensing agreement (and the one between PTSC and AMD) intact. It`s all the other chip designers they`d be going after, not Intel or AMD, right?
