I have to disagree. You are partially right in that the SP has went down in the past on good news. But, remember that was while we were in a downtrend. We have been in an uptrend and the SP has responded upward on any good news since the uptrend started.

Also, news is always leaked before any public company make a PR. Increase in volume on no news is the indicator. Has always been that way. Insiders have friends and family and they have frinds and family and so on.. Have to be pretty naive to not belive the info is not leaked. Has always been that way and always will be.
