PTSC - Moore has made an offer to settle with Partiot! Per the 5/27/05 filing with the court. can`t seem to copy the order from adobe but that`s what will be discussed on June 10. expecting a settlement which will then open the door to continue the suit against Intel, et al. no details given on the offer to settle.
