Draft paper explanation for the MIOC? What is MIOC? Dewpoint has a contract with Michigan? and it was increased in Aug. 09? This is 133 pages long. But I think PDSG in in there somewhere with Dewpoint. Read the contract page. I don't have time to search more but there is dashboard and video stuff (AVOT)? Seems like a GSA contract as well.
