Don't you find it curious that 2 lawyers are positioning themselves at the crossroads of eventual legal action. Is this not a sort of insurance for them and not the rest of us in the event of a class action suit?

IF an action is undertaken.. it would not be for the purpose to garner a monetary award from PTSC.. It is going to cost those involved, including Ron & Brian.. but hopefully would result in a better performing BoD and therefore a better performing PTSC.. especially going forward as MMP monies come in.. and result in a higher shareprice than would be achieved without it.
