If only it were so simple to dismiss as "pointless"
You clearly associate your level of concern about the BoD as being on a par with rose colored glasses, or small airplanes, going further to say this:
I have said I would like to see 10 million dollars as an average license fee going forward. Others have said that since licensing fees in the past have been "paltry", that it was unreasonable to expect so much so soon.
I ask this:
How was the MMP able to obtain 32 and 25 million from Fujitsu and HP, respectively, at the very beginning of the licensing campaign?
Might I point out that there is a Markman hearing out there that tracks extremely close to the newly reissued 336. Not to mention, which I already have, the newly reissued 336 that went through over 700 references to emerge very strong.
So why not expect numbers that are closer to Fujitsu and HP than the paltry sums we have seen over the last two years?
It all comes down to the IP now that the 336 has been reissued, not what TPL did pre-336 reissuance. That is all that matters. How long and sharp are the teeth on the 336 now? Nothing else matters. That is why I expect a 10 million average per license over the next three months starting now.

Which you follow 2 days later with:
If there are no licenses to be announced this week, then not only are the BOD members of PTSC incompetent, they are stupid, or worse, very corrupt (probably not news to many here). And, yes, not being able to persuade your MMP partner to expend all remaining licensee "ammo" before announcing the dismissal of your CEO is considered stupid when the BOD knew about RG's impending release
From a secondary, corrupt perspective, if two or more licenses are not announced this week, then who benefits from another sinking SP? I don't subscribe to this belief, although it is something to consider

If the BoD members by your definition are "very corrupt" which you further state is "probably not news to many here", please explain how they can be trusted to grow your significant share addition, which from memory you made after selling all your stock(corrections welcomed), to the $5 to $6 range?
I gave the context and timeframe when asking my initial question.
