Well should PTSC withhold licensing info, I would hope they get TPL to do the same, otherwise, it will surely look awkward. Can we control what TPL does?

And regardless whether or not PTSC can legally withhold license signing information, would you be comfortable with PTSC releasing whatever they want whenever the want? I certainly would not be.
